
The Drywall Installer Training Program is a comprehensive, hands-on course designed to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge required to begin a career in the drywall and interior finishing trade. Over the span of three months, participants will be trained in the safe and effective installation of drywall systems in residential, commercial, and institutional settings.
This course covers a wide range of industry-relevant competencies, including occupational health and safety, use of hand and power tools, operation of explosive power tools, surface preparation, frame assembly, and the installation of non-load bearing walls, ceilings, windows, and door frames. Participants will also gain skills in drywall joint finishing and preparation for plastering, ensuring a well-rounded foundation for employment or further training in the construction sector.
The program is delivered by certified industry professionals through a mix of classroom instruction and practical workshops, with a strong focus on workplace safety, accuracy, and industry best practices.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion, demonstrating their readiness for entry-level work in the drywall installation field.
