Agricultural Science is a subject that focuses on the science and practice of producing food, fibre, and other agricultural products through the cultivation of crops and the rearing of livestock. The course combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience, allowing students to understand how scientific principles are applied in agriculture.
Students learn about important topics such as soil formation and management, crop production, animal husbandry, pest and disease control, agricultural economics, farm management, and environmental conservation. Practical activities, including laboratory work, school gardens, and field exercises, help students develop hands-on skills and reinforce classroom learning.
