This Programme equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies required to supervise offenders in the community and deliver effective probation and aftercare services. The programme develops expertise in offender investigations, case management, counselling, mediation, rehabilitation planning, risk management, and offender reintegration through evidence-based and ethical practice. Benchmarking the NVQ-J Level 3 Community Corrections and Probation Aftercare Services qualification, the programme prepares officers to work collaboratively with offenders, families, courts, and community partners while promoting public safety, reducing recidivism, and providing a pathway to supervisory and management roles within Community Corrections and Probation Aftercare Services.
